As Projektmanager Großprojekte Pharma (m/w/d) you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

You are responsible for large-scale projects for the construction of complex pharmaceutical filling and packaging systems for international customers and manage the entire processing process until the customer takes off the line. You control the subproject leaders in the respective overall project and plan, coordinate and moderate the project core team. Identify and solve questions, problems and risks on all projects. As a responsible contact person for our customers, you coordinate the coordination with the project team and establish results, services and work packages together. You are responsible for the implementation of the project in line with the deadline, quality and budget and have the competence to decide in the daily project business. You control and coordinate complex, project-related topics including claims and subordinates and agree with the relevant interfaces. You also examine the commercial and legal aspects of the project in cooperation with the areas of contracting and project controlling.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of mechanical engineering, plant engineering or industrial engineering or bring comparable qualifications. You have many years of professional experience as a project manager (m/w/d) preferably in pharmaceutical machine and plant engineering and are with the GMP. As an expert, you are familiar with the common agile project management methods and are happy to work across areas. You are also familiar with the GMP guidelines. Personally, you are convinced by high operational readiness, self-motivation, flexibility and enforcement strength. You like to work with customers and are ready to travel regularly to our international locations and customers. Very good knowledge of German and English as well as excellent communication and network skills complete your profile.
