Senior Consultant (m/w/d) We are looking for you for the Youth Office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place is to be occupied in parttime (90 %). The Department of Youth Assistance Planning provides an overview of the offer landscape in the various areas of action of child and youth assistance and is responsible for various cross-industrial quality development processes. The planning is carried out in close cooperation with the Free Carriers of Child and Youth Assistance, Users and Local Policy and always against the background of the situation in the respective district.

You are responsible for the city-wide planning in the field of day care They coordinate regional planning and ensure a city-wide planning process including prioritization and coordination with other offices and institutions They are responsible for the further development of the offer structure in day care, which is associated with cross-carrier work structures and regular reporting on status and development. Social scientist (Diplom of a University, Master) or other comparable academic studies Safety and joy in dealing with numbers and statistics as well as knowledge in kita planning and kita statistics Coordination and concept development experience in the social field as well as good knowledge in local child and youth assistance high cooperation and communication skills and the ability to engage in different (institutional) interests and to develop solutions Ability to penetrate complex facts (projects or concepts) and complex numerical constructs and to bring them into an understandable form Openness and willingness to incorporate into other child and youth-specific topics
