You take responsibility for billing of charges, time management and administrative personnel processes for several German companies You conduct projects for the further development and digitization of the accounting systems, for example when introducing new software or optimizing interfaces to existing HR systems You advise managers on personal, tax, social insurance and labour law issues You carry and develop your team professionally and personally You work trustfully and constructively with the local works councils You analyze complex pay data and create meaningful evaluations for management You work with international HR projects and work together across locations with internal and external partners

You have a commercial training or a comparable study as well as a well-founded experience in the billing of remuneration of an industrial company You have leadership experience and provide sound knowledge in the right to work, tax and social security, as well as in the human resources sector. You work safely with common accounting systems (e.g. SAP HCM) and MS Office; ideally you have experience with Workday You are characterized by a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner of operation and act service-oriented towards internal stakeholders You have good to very good knowledge of English for cooperation in an international environment

Depending on the professional experience, the annual target salary is up to €100,000 at a 35-hour week (adjustment to 38h possible).
