Our team Homologation Korea, Japan, Australia and Planning (MO/QZG): We are a young, international and committed team with a global network of colleagues in Germany, Korea, Japan and Australia. Together we manage certification projects for new vehicle series and create transparency about dates, requirements and regulatory milestones as the basis for successful market launches. In addition, we drive the digitization of our processes and develop modern solutions for data management, reporting, process automation and the use of artificial intelligence in the certification environment. These challenges include: Support in the planning, control and further development of our certification projects

Working with scheduling, progress tracking and task management

Creation and further development of management presentations and decision documents

Analysis, preparation and quality assurance of project and certification data

Development and optimization of dashboards and reporting with Power BI

Support in the digitization and automation of existing processes

Working with the introduction and use of modern AI solutions and data-driven methods

independent processing of small projects to improve transparency, data quality and process efficiency

Cooperation with international partners from development, sales and certification

The activity can start from October 2026.

Studies in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a comparable degree programme

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

First experiences in dealing with data analysis and reporting desirable

Advantageous knowledge of Power BI, Excel VBA, Power Query or comparable analysis and automation tools

Interest in digitization, process optimization and artificial intelligence

Analytical thinking as well as structured and independent working

Commitment, team capacity and joy in cooperation in an international environment
