All-round tasks in everyday life: small repairs, garden care and the care of home technology. Coordination of external service providers: For larger works, you support by organizing and supporting specialist companies. Support in Kita everyday: You are contact person (m/w/d) for colleagues (m/w/d) on site and help with practical challenges. This is what makes you: craftsmanship: You have a craft training (e.g. electricians, installers, carpenters) or comparable experience. Driving licence: at least class B and a separate car Reliability & own initiative: You work responsibly, independently and pragmatically. Organizational institution: You keep an overview of tasks, priorities and dates. Communication capability: You are service-oriented, friendly and support our team active.
