Your tasks As Head of Department Rental & Lohnunternehmen LBK (m/w/d), you are responsible for the economic and organizational operation of the rental business according to the requirements of John Deere. You ensure the utilisation, availability and achievement of sales and margin targets and ensure a consistent implementation of the defined processes. Through a structured control of the rental fleet and the processes, you contribute to the optimal use of the machine inventory, to support sales and to ensuring high customer satisfaction. This position is searched for our location in Gerichshain. Our locations can be found on our homepage. Main tasks: Leadership and control of the entire rental area including personnel planning Planning and monitoring of utilisation, sales, margin and stock structure of the rental fleet Defining rental conditions, pricing policies and offer standards in accordance with company requirements Ensuring proper contract processing and correct system and documentation maintenance Coordination of machine availability, transfer, withdrawal and technical readiness in coordination with workshop, spare parts and logistics Monitoring compliance with internal policies, security requirements and compliance requirements Analysis of key figures for controlling the rental performance and deriving appropriate measures Sub-tasks: Supports sales and customer service in projects with rental share Participation in the development of processes and standards in the rental business

Completed commercial, technical or agricultural training with further training in management or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in the rental, machine or sales environment, ideally with leadership responsibility Good knowledge of machine management and rental business Experience in controlling utilisation, margin and stocks Structured, responsible and entrepreneurial work Embossed communication and leadership skills Safe handling of common IT, CRM and ERP systems
