Head of Quality Assurance for a medium-sized family business (m/f/d)

In the course of a follow-up control, we are looking for an operationally shaped guide person who is responsible for quality assurance and develops existing standards. You take over a key role with a direct line of reports to the management and actively shape the quality strategy of a successful middle-sized company. · Total responsibility for the company-wide quality assurance including the management of a employee · Planning and implementation of company certifications, such as ISO 9001 · Analysis of complaints including derivation and implementation of corresponding QS measures · Coordination and support of external service providers in the fields of environmental, work and fire protection · Interface management between production, development and suppliers with the direct reporting line to management

· Successfully completed engineering studies or a comparable qualification as a master (m/w/d) · Multiannual experience in quality management with understanding of applicable standards and guidelines · Funded technical know-how in metal and steel processing, ideally with experience in welding, or painting technology · Structured and pragmatic working with hands-on mentality and high team capability · Excellent sense of responsibility and communication strength
