Guided tours of construction: Coordination and control of a team of construction managers for the efficient implementation of project specifications. Total responsibility for the operational construction process: Ensuring compliance with quality, dates and costs on the assigned project sections. Interface between project management and construction sites: Responsibility for a smooth coordination between construction site and project management as well as transparent reporting on progress and challenges. Contract management: Monitoring of supplements, auditing contracts according to VOB/BGB and close cooperation with the commercial team. Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers: Efficient control of cooperation with external partners to optimize the construction processes. Optimization of processes: Analysis of existing processes, identification of potentials for increasing efficiency and promoting innovation in the design.

Qualification: Complete studies in civil engineering, technical training or comparable qualification with many years of experience in civil engineering. Professional experience: Multiannual experience in the construction line or the construction line as well as in the coordination of several construction sites. Leadership and enforcement skills: Experience in the management of teams and in the efficient control of complex construction processes. Knowledge found in construction contracts and billing: Secure knowledge of VOB/BGB, follow-up management and construction cost control. Technical understanding and digital competence: Experience in handling construction billing software, MS Office and digital construction site tools. Flexibility and mobility: readiness to regularly support the project sites on site as well as possession of a valid German passenger car license.
