Operating support in the management of a product portfolio for industrial customers (living production) Collection and processing of customer orders, including delivery documents Coordination of the pattern process for industrial customers (e.g. releases, relocations) Tracing the order processing and production processes until the product is made available Close cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g. production, supply chain, quality) and external suppliers Control of the in/out phases of articles by active inventory optimization Anticipation and planning of supply requirements to avoid misuse Responsibility for maintaining product and customer master files and for defined workflows in the system

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience in product management, especially in wage production and ideally with industrial customers Very good communication skills with good language skills in German, French and English Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Navision or the like) High understanding and ability to work quickly into complex processes and facts Flexibility and adaptability in handling changing customer requirements and internal processes Structured, solution-oriented operation and pleasure in interface communication Teamability, own initiative and a high level of customer orientation
