As an IT Security Specialist (w/m/d), you support the development and development of our information security landscape. You work closely with IT, departments, data protection and external partners, recognise risks early and ensure that security measures are implemented effectively and sustainably.

You analyze information security risks, perform vulnerability assessments and develop appropriate countermeasures. Our Information Security Management System (ISMS) develops and supports implementation based on standards such as ISO 27001 or BSI basic protection. Security concepts for networks, terminals, servers and cloud environments are designed together with the IT teams. Analyze security incidents and coordinate from detection to containment to reprocessing. You accompany audits, assessments and regulatory requirements and ensure the follow-up of relevant measures. You will advise areas and project teams on security-relevant issues as well as the introduction of new systems and technologies. Security-Awareness initiatives are developed together with HR and strengthens security awareness within the organization.

You have a degree in computer science, IT security or business informatics or a comparable qualification. You bring professional experience in IT security, cyber security, information security or IT governance. Experience with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, NIS2 or Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) is advantageous. You have an understanding of security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, BSI basic protection or NIST. Ideally, you have knowledge in areas such as SIEM, Endpoint Security, Firewalls or Vulnerability Management. Ideally, you have already accompanied audits, assessments or certification projects. Risks analyze structured and develop pragmatic, sustainable solutions. You communicate technical facts to different target groups in a comprehensible manner and move safely between IT and business. You work independently, carefully and keep an overview even in incident or crisis situations. Information security certifications are advantageous. You have very good knowledge of German and English.
