Service Technician - Fire Alarm Systems / Access Control (m/f/d)

You take over the independent installation, commissioning and maintenance of safety equipment such as fire alarm (BMA) and voice alarm systems (SAA) directly from our customers on site. As a technical contact:in analysing malfunctions, you carry out fault diagnosis and ensure a fast and sustainable solution. You coordinate the assembly team, consisting of helpers:inside and trainees, ensuring a smooth and timely project sequence. You are planning and consulting the technical documentation, revising installation plans and responsible for the final transfer of the equipment to the customer.

You have a completed training as a telecommunication technician:in, electronic:in, electrical installer:in or a comparable qualification. You bring professional experience in the installation and maintenance of security technology, ideally in handling systems from manufacturers such as Honeywell, Esser or Hekatron. You have good knowledge in network technology to integrate modern security systems. An independent way of working and a high customer orientation distinguish you, because you are often the face of our company on site. You have a class B driver's license and speak fluent German to match you with customers and team.
