Maintenance and repair of the premises of all the office buildings of the main administration (gross floor plan area of approximately 109,000 m2, 26 floors, lifts, air conditioning) Maintenance and repair of the 11 service centers (gross floor plan area between about 2,900 m2 and 7,100 m2) settlement of construction, service and supply contracts including supplementary management Maintenance and maintenance of building-specific technical facilities Introduction of procurement procedures by VOB/A and UVgO Leadership of a powerful team with 35 employees

A successfully completed degree (Diplom, Bachelor's degree) of the Department of Supply Technology or Building Technology and Facility Management. An experience of at least three years in the management of a team for the operation, maintenance and repair of the technical equipment of offices of comparable size (main administration BGF about 109,000 m2 with up to 26 floors, 12 service centers with BGF between 2,900 and 7,100 m2) We also wish you: Knowledge in the areas of occupational safety, operator responsibility and risk assessment Experience in procurement law, in particular knowledge of VOB in parts A/B/C, VgV, UVgO and all performance phases of HOAI Experience in the areas of project, quality and process management Routinized handling of standard IT systems (e.g. MS-Office) driving licence class B Organisational capacity, negotiation skills, commitment and flexibility Knowledge of all relevant regulations and safety provisions for a responsible operation and maintenance and repair of real estate and technical installations
