As a group manager (m/w/d), you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a specialized team and actively shape the further development of our sensory activities. You ensure efficient processes, drive technical and organizational optimizations and contribute significantly to the successful implementation of our development and customer projects. Complete studies in computer science, electrical engineering, physics or a comparable discipline Professional experience in the development of small and medium-sized development projects and detectable leadership experience Practical experience in modern development processes (e.g. Scrum, agile) English in Word and Writing Entrepreneurial thinking, targeted and independent work, enforcement capacity as well as pronounced communication and negotiation strength Global readiness
