Leadership and coordination of a team of test drivers Creation of daily use and layer planning Classification and adaptation of layers according to project requirements Planning, preparation and setting of test routes and test procedures Monitoring of ongoing test assignments and real-time adjustments for changes or disturbances Ensuring smooth operation and optimal resource utilization Coordination with national and international project partners Documentation of test results and reporting to management Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and business guidelines Support in selecting, incorporating and developing test drivers

Multiannual experience as driver or test driver, ideally with first leadership experience Valid driving licence of classes B (5–8 years driving practice) Very good English skills in word and writing High reliability, sense of responsibility and organisational skills Ability to make quick and sound decisions even under time pressure Embossed communication and team skills Safe handling of planning and office applications Flexibility and readiness to respond to short-term changes
