igefa SE & Co. KG is now looking for an employee in the Sales Department (m/w/d) at the Ahrensfelde site.

You act as a central interface between our customers, branches, key account managers and our industrial partners (manufacturers and suppliers) You advise our customers and are their first contact person for all questions about our product and service portfolio You calculate independent customer conditions and secure a transparent pricing You check and negotiate special industrial conditions to achieve optimal results for our customers and the company You start offerings and process alerts reliably and on time You use electronic customer catalog templates and you are responsible for the associated price reports You take service activities such as the care of assortments and catalogs as well as the creation of order templates for our customers You are a central contact person for customer service and branch offices You also take the phone service and ensure professional communication

You have a completed commercial training and ideally first experience in the commercial sector In dealing with the current MS Office programs, especially Excel, you are safe Customer orientation, communication strength as well as an independent and structured way of working With your persuasiveness and organizational talent, you support our team
