Grid connection manager (AC/MV) for generation plants – focus on photovoltaic (PV) and battery storage (BESS) large-scale systems (m/f/d)

Project support: Control of the entire network connection process for photovoltaic systems, battery storage and charging infrastructure Interface function: Coordination between the technical specialist planner, internal specialist departments and project management Network operator communication: coordination of technical and organizational details with customers, distribution system operators, direct marketers and suppliers Forming & Registration: Own-sponsored creation and submission of all documents for registration and commissioning with network operators Certification & Conformity: Accompanying and coordinating the entire plant certification process and creating conformity declarations Direct marketing: coordination, testing and technical implementation of direct marketing contracts Resource planning: organisation, control and operational planning of external service providers and monitoring of internal milestones Component procurement: Coordination of the purchase of technical components (feed-in management, control and protection technology, transformer stations, MS switchgear) Date monitoring: monitoring of all delivery dates in accordance with the overriding project schedule Project evaluation: Analytical examination of performance directories and targeted derivation of specific project tasks

Qualification: Completed training or studies with a focus on electrical engineering OR commercial qualification with multi-year experience in electrical engineering Experience: Multiannual professional experience in the planning and implementation of projects in the field of renewable energies / photovoltaics Knowledge: Applied practice in cooperation with distribution system operators and in the processing of formal network connection procedures Disposition know-how: First experience in the field of material and employee disposition is advantageous Working style: self-employed, structured and proactive mode of operation with high coordination and problem solving competence Stress resistance: You can also remain powerful under pressure, work in multiple processes and never lose sight of months of processes Soft Skills: High communicative competence in handling customers and project participants as well as strong team skills IT & Languages: Safe handling of Windows and MS Office as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing
