Team Leader - Production Management / CNC Machines / Metal (m/f/d)

We are a successful medium-sized aluminium die casting company in Meckenheim near Bonn with 75 years of company tradition. With approx. 200 employees and using state-of-the-art machines & manufacturing processes, we develop, design and produce aluminum die casting parts in the highest precision in close cooperation with our renowned customers, with a high level of quality and reliability. Our products are used in diverse industries, including:

• Solar and electrical industry • Automotive area • white goods • Medical technology • Industrial motor construction • Household and garden equipment • Lighting industry • Heating technology

You lead, organize and develop a team of 30 to 60 employees in mechanical processing You ensure a smooth production process while maintaining quality, time and production requirements You coordinate and monitor the manufacturing processes of CNC machines in close cooperation with the specialist departments You plan the personnel deployment, motivate your team and promote the continuous development of your employees You are responsible for the incorporation of new team members and regular training of the entire team You monitor compliance with work safety, order and cleanliness in your area of responsibility You manage disruptions in the production process and document production figures as well as shift reports

You bring at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the light metal sector for the automotive industry You have a completed training as a machining, tool or industrial mechanic:in (m/w/d) and a training as a master or technician (m/w/d) You have well-founded knowledge in the operation and installation of CNC machines, in particular Siemens controls You've already gained first leadership experience and have strong enforcement skills and willingness to design You master the reading of technical drawings and have a good understanding of manufacturing processes You know about quality assurance methods and have experience with ISO standards (9001, 16949) You work independently, solution-oriented and precise as well as have very good German skills
