You contribute to the development and monitoring of concepts and standards for the management of our real estate, in particular for the technical building equipment. You plan and accompany new and rebuilding measures in the TGA and civil engineering sector and take over the project management and control of the assigned projects. To do this, check the technical planning at all stages of the HOAI and take care of the timely, economical and qualitatively perfect performance. In addition, maintain contact with all project participants, perform quality, cost and performance assessments and develop existing contracts. You create performance directories, conduct market research as well as supplier discussions and thus ensure customer satisfaction.

You have successfully completed your (special) university studies in the field of supply engineering, supply engineering, technical building equipment, energy and building technology or a related field of study, or you are an architect with relevant experience in supply engineering. Ideally, you will have proven experience in the planning and operation of systems and systems of technical building equipment with the focus on heating and ventilation technology as well as in building automation. You have a sound knowledge of procurement law and other relevant regulations and directives. In addition, you can bring user knowledge in the SAP module MM, CAFM, CAD and MS Office. You control the German language safely (at least level C1) and bring the willingness to travel nationwide in Lower Saxony.
