In this key position, you take responsibility for the areas of taxation and reinsurance within our company. You run a team of up to four employees and act as a central interface between internal departments, group units and external consultants. The role offers you the opportunity to develop existing structures, take on professional responsibility and, depending on the experience, develop your leadership. You combine tax expertise with a deep understanding of regulatory, economic and insurance relationships Overall coordination of all tax issues of the company, in particular the coordination of tax returns in close cooperation with external tax advisors and relevant group units Monitoring of tax audits and ongoing monitoring and further development of tax compliance requirements Responsibility for intra-group transactions including transfer pricing documentation and coordination with Group units Establishing, controlling and extending reinsurance contracts in compliance with regulatory and internal compliance requirements Creation, analysis and continuous development of a performance-dependent reporting for reinsurance topics Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the team

Multiannual professional experience in tax, ideally complemented by experience in reinsurance environment Experience in the insurance and/or corporate environment First leadership experience or motivation to further develop leadership responsibility Embossed analytical skills and a structured, result-oriented way of working Sovereign and professional appearance towards internal and external contact persons High sense of responsibility, strong compliance confession and joy in responsibility
