In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a property manager (m/w/d) for the location near Landsberg am Lech.

In this position you take over the independent management of a residential and commercial property stock. Its focus is on the commercial and technical support of the properties, the coordination and monitoring of maintenance and modernization measures and professional communication with owners, tenants, advisory bodies and external service providers. This ensures smooth real estate operations and contributes significantly to the long-term preservation of properties.

Own-responsible commercial and technical management of a residential and commercial property stock Competent care of owners, tenants, councils and external service providers and craft companies Planning, commissioning and monitoring of maintenance, maintenance and modernisation measures performing regular object visits and ensuring proper and economic building operation Preparation and implementation of owner meetings and implementation of the decisions taken Examination of offers and invoices, budget monitoring and close cooperation with property accounting Processing of damages, insurance matters and general administrative tasks Ensuring compliance with legal requirements as well as service-oriented and professional real estate care

Completed training or study in the real estate sector, real estate businessman/wife, bank businessman/wife or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the management of residential properties Good knowledge of rental and ideally in WEG law Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with a house management software is advantageous Class B driving licence
