Event Technology Specialist (m/f/d)

You act as a competent technical representative for our events, video productions and for the equipment of our event rooms. You take over the holistic technical support from the facility to commissioning, to the operation of complex lighting, sound and media systems. You ensure smooth operation during the events and coordinate the necessary equipment independently. With your expertise, you are actively involved in the planning and future-oriented equipment of new event rooms. To do this, keep your expertise up to date. You take care of the regular care, testing and maintenance of our high-quality event technology. You identify technical challenges at an early stage and proactively ensure fast and sustainable solutions on site. You can control cooperation with our internal and external service providers for a perfect event process.

A successfully completed study or training, for example as a specialist for event technology (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification. Multiannual, relevant professional experience in the technical organization and implementation of complex events. A strong communication strength that allows you to interact safely and confidently at all levels – up to the board level. A creative personality with great organizational skills and the ability to inspire other people for your concepts. The necessary loadability and structure to keep an overview even in very stressful event situations. A secure handling of Google Workspace as well as the common office programs are also provided with reliable German and very good English knowledge. The willingness to travel as well as the occasional work on weekends and holidays, according to our event calendar. You are an AI expert and the mission is a self-evident support in your working day.
