Full or part-time

You develop design solutions for our product areas: HARDGOODS Development and design of the surfaces of our sticks – from graphics to colors to finish Creation of print data taking into account product geometry, manufacturing processes and technical feasibility Maintenance and updating of product data in the PIM SOFTGOODS Design and further development of our sports gloves collections within existing design and brand guidelines Selection of materials, colors, graphics and details Accompanying implementation up to standard maturity in cooperation with development and suppliers

TRANSITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Creation of digital product visualizations, image processing Close coordination with Lead Product Designer, Product Management and Sales, Working on the continuous development of design standards and processes

You have a completed study or training in the field of graphic design, product design or a comparable design area You've already gained first professional experience Safe handling of Adobe Creative Cloud and a structured, independent working Spatial thinking is easy and you have a good feel for materials, surfaces and their processing You develop design solutions that not only look good, but can also be implemented convincingly on different products You work precisely, efficiently and with high quality standards With varied tasks you keep an overview, think networked and have an eye for detail at the same time You like to work in the team, take active action and ideally have a passion for outdoor or sports products
