Cooking (m/w/d) for Asian cuisine in public service

in full time

• Establish and develop an Asian kitchen direction for our young, international audience
• Creating and converting recipes and ideas focusing on "Vegan/Vegatarian cuisine"
• Control of stocks, professional storage of goods and monitoring of the MHD and participation in the order of goods
• Proper disposal of spoiled goods in consultation with the supervisor and storage of the empties
• Mainly fresh handicraft kitchen
• commissioning, operation and cleaning of all appliances in the kitchen and counters or Output range taking into account the HACCP guidelines
• Control and documentation of temperature of equipment and food
• Transport, cleansing of delivered goods in compliance with the HACCP guidelines
• Control and fitting of the output lines
• Ensure daily return samples for food hygiene/control
• Work and organisation at events

IHR PROFIL:

• Complete vocational training as a cook or comparable training in gastronomy
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and storage
• Handicraft skill, creativity with high affinity for vegan and vegetarian cuisine
• Found experience in Asian cuisine
• Fun in dealing with people and working together in the team

• Crisis-proof workplace and an indefinite employment contract with 30 days leave and work-free on 24.12. and 31.12.
• Remuneration according to the collective agreement TV-L to EG 5, incl. special payment
