Manfred Sauer GmbH is a medium-sized company with over 350 employees at the production site in Lobbach. For more than 40 years, we have been manufacturing medical devices at high quality for the deriving continuous supply and distributing them worldwide. To strengthen our team we are looking for one/n:

Implementation of the monthly pay bill for a defined group of persons Supporting the electronic time recording system Maintenance of personal data and the digital personal data Applicant administration incl. display, correspondence, etc. Processing administrative personnel tasks such as: creation of work contracts, contract changes, etc. Creation of interim and work certificates Certification Compilation of statistics, evaluations and reports

Contact person for employees and managers in personal questions Correspondence with authorities, social security institutions and health insurance funds Operational integration management Contact person Annual accounts (e.g. provisions, compensation, etc.)

A completed commercial training and/or a qualified further training in the personnel sector Multiannual professional experience in pay billing and in personnel handling Good knowledge of labour, wage and social security law Careful and independent working with a high degree of trustworthiness and sense of responsibility Teamability and flexibility Safe handling of the MS Office package Experience with DATEV wage and salary advantage
