Dispatcher Raw Materials, Supplies and Supplies (m/f/d)

As a disponent (m/w/d) for raw, auxiliary and operating materials, you are an important hub in our supply chain. You make sure that the right materials are available at the right time in the required quantity and keeps in mind stocks, suppliers, production requirements and costs. You work closely with sales and production planning, central purchasing, and our suppliers, ensuring reliable supply. Needs in mind: You identify the need for raw materials and packaging materials (VPM) and align the procurement planning closely with sales and production planning. Coordinate deliveries: You communicate with our suppliers, place orders and make sure that materials arrive on time. Control stocks: You monitor our raw materials and VPM stocks proactively and have critical materials and minimum durability data in mind. Ensure supply: Make sure that our works are reliably supplied with the required materials, taking into account capacities and framework conditions. Detecting problems early: bottlenecks or overstocks you recognize in time and develop suitable solutions together with the relevant specialist areas. In the case of changes in packaging and recipes, you control the entry and exit of materials and keep an overview of all relevant stocks. Resolve old stock: Together with the specialist areas, you will find sensible solutions for old stock and its alternative use or degradation. Creating transparency: You will create inventory overviews and support sales and other areas of expertise, for example in the case of listings and conversions. Promote improvements: You bring your ideas into projects and help continuously improve material availability, processes and supply costs. Take responsibility: You take responsibility for your processes and tasks in the integrated management system (IMS).

You have completed commercial training or completed university studies, ideally with an economic or comparable focus. You have several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the field of disposition, purchasing, supply chain or material management. You work safely with MS Office and have experience in handling ERP systems, ideally CSB or SAP. You will certainly communicate in German and very well in English, both in writing and oral. You work structured, independent and solution-oriented. You can also keep track of short-term changes and complex supply situations.
