Team: You will become part of a dynamically developing business unit and will develop new innovative business areas in the circular and energy industry together with us. We want to seize megatrends and implement and operate project ideas derived therefrom (e.g. recycling plants for the production of climate-friendly fuels) in order to contribute significantly to the economic success of ALBA Tasks: In the project development phase, you assume the leading responsibility for all commercial topics up to the successful conclusion of the contract (including accounting, finance, taxes, insurance, risk management, securities, property matters) independently and acquire internal and external partners with a Diversity: They develop draft contracts and contractual parts with regulatory contents and take over the negotiation Together: Together you work with our project development team, support them in questions and model the cash flow for investment projects Exchange: In the team you are the contact point for legal, regulatory and energy issues On top: You always keep in mind regulatory changes in waste and energy economic context and evaluate the associated opportunities (e.g. through funding programs) and risks for our company Responsibility Your area of responsibility also includes the responsibility and coordination of commercial content for forum templates for the release of investment projects and you report directly to the management department

Completion: You have a successfully completed economic study with additional technical qualifications or an engineering studies with a commercial focus Professional experience: You bring professional experience in the creation of complex models for financing and economic consideration of investment projects with (Financial Modeling) and have extensive experience in the development of industrial investment projects (e.g. in the circular or energy industry, chemical industry, plant engineering and/or project financing) Know-how: They are familiar with the main national cornerstones of waste and energy management (e.g. taxation, emissions trading) Communication strength: They are characterized by very good negotiating and communication skills Features: They are performance-oriented and stand for a high degree of self-initiative and commitment, think entrepreneurial and understand to advance topics
