They are responsible for the implementation, supervision, coordination and control of the General Ledger Accounting processes for the associated companies of the SSC EMEA. They guide the team both professionally and disciplinaryly and identify development needs for individual employees, with the introduction of necessary measures. They are responsible for the current main accounting according to IFRS and Local GAAP and ensure that all tax regulations are complied with. They ensure the timely creation of the individual financial statements according to IFRS and Local GAAP in Germany and abroad as well as the reporting taking into account all relevant intra-group requirements. They ensure a high quality of booking and completion and are responsible for creating and implementing process and work instructions as well as guidelines. They take over the preparation of specialist concepts and monitor their implementation, supervise special topics and projects, and coordinate the mapping of new processes and the promotion of continuous improvement processes.

They have a successfully completed study in the relevant field or a comparable commercial training with corresponding professional experience (e.g. further training on the account book holder). They have several years of professional experience in financial accounting as well as in accounting and completion in a group environment and can demonstrate experience in managing and developing teams. They are experienced in the application of accounting standards according to IFRS and Local GAAP, routined in dealing with the common MS Office programs (especially Excel and Word) and with SAP FI AP. They are characterized by a result-oriented and team-oriented leadership style as well as a binding and convincing occurrence, have a high degree of self-initiative as well as pleasure in taking responsible tasks. They show appreciation, empathy and enthusiasm for the cooperation and further development of employees. They convince by the ability to understand and analyze processes quickly. They initiate, shape change processes and their implementation in particular in digital topics. You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
