Tasks

• Together in a three-headed team, you will carry out control and release during the company's export operations.
• You judge goods, software and technologies relating to the collection by the legally specified lists of goods (External Economic Law, War Weapons Control Act and, where appropriate, foreign export laws).
• They are contact persons for the specialist departments in matters of export and wararms control and advise specialist departments and projects.
• You apply for approvals to AWG and KrWaffKontrG or submit preliminary requests to the competent authorities (e.g. BAFA, BMWE, etc.).
• You are responsible for the management of export authorisations and KrWaffContract authorisations (e.g. for the production, transport, acquisition, transfer), the application for timely extensions and the monitoring of the use of granted authorisations.
• You develop processes for export procedures that are to be regulated (i.e. for technology transfer) and document the decisions made by you of the audit and administration processes.
• In your role, you are the contact person with regard to export and war weapons control issues for the company, subsidiaries and authorities and responsible for the sanctions list checks to be carried out.
• They're running the electronic warbook.
• You are responsible for carrying out training on export control and arms control.

Profile

• Complete technical studies or comparable training in the field of import/export/customs.
• Multiannual professional experience experience in export and wararm control and contact with shipping / customs operations.
• Very good knowledge of AWG, KrWaffKontrG, Dual Use VO, EAR and ITAR.
• Safe handling of the necessary foreign trade documents and the CCC.
• Good communication skills and good ability to pass on knowledge to others.
• Analytical and conceptual skills.
• Good technical understanding and interest to acquire knowledge of our products.
• Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
• readiness for occasional business trips in Germany and abroad.
