Business area / department The field of construction oversight matters fulfils statutory tasks of the BLB NRW and performs object- or project-related services in relation to building regulations and fire protection. You advise and support the construction departments of the branch offices around the construction and technical fire protection as well as on construction planning and construction regulations. The quality assurance of construction templates under Section 79 BauO NRW 2018 is already successfully carried out in the country and is now to be taken over for the federal sector. The BLB NRW carries out construction maintenance measures there, advises the builder Federal Republic of Germany in the initiation of large and small construction measures and manages or implements them successfully from planning to execution to handover.

The quality assurance of building templates within the framework of construction permit / approval or knowledge and BLB internal approval procedures (§ 79 BauO NRW 2018) is included in your task in accordance with the simplified construction permit procedure (§ 64 BauO NRW 2018) You advise other fields in construction planning and construction regulations and fire safety issues You shall take over the construction monitoring and inspection of construction measures approved in the approval and notification procedure or in the internal procurement procedure. You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the field of architecture, civil engineering, technical building equipment or a comparable discipline. Further requirements: You ideally bring knowledge in public building law (building regulations and construction planning law) with You ideally have knowledge of accessibility as well as preventive fire protection (construction and plant engineering) and experience in testing and implementing fire protection concepts with Teamability, safe occurrence and communication strength are of course for you You have secure knowledge in all Microsoft Office products and a high motivation to face new tasks You bring certain knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) You have the willingness and ability to conduct a service vehicle and a safety review ‘Ü 2’ under the Safety Audit Act NRW

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 payment group to the E 13 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
