(Junior) Technical trainer (m/f/d)

As part of the digitalization of the armed forces, modern and reliable digital radio devices play a decisive role. You enable secure and protected communication based on common civil and military communication standards. As part of the R&S family, you work in a team of trainers who are employed at different Rohde & Schwarz locations and prepare, perform and use trainings for our customers, and provide the knowledge of our digital leadership systems.

• You carry out trainings for secure communication systems for national and partially international customers (e.g. authorities or system integrators), both in our home and worldwide.

• You can secure the entire training organization.

• You create training concepts and content from a customer perspective for dedicated specialist topics and continuously develop them.

• You support our professional trainers in designing and developing complete training packages.

• You design and pilot innovative training approaches (e.g. WBT, CBT or E-Trainings).

• You are a contact person for technical questions of our customers about secure communication systems.

• Successfully completed training or studies in electronics, electrical engineering or in a comparable technical environment

• Secure appearance in dealing with customers

• Embossed communication skills & independent, targeted working

• readiness for international travel

• Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
