Professional and organizational responsibility for a team of 2 employees Controlling and controlling all processes relating to the application, authorisation and settlement of funding Control and release of medium calls, regular target-actual comparisons Creation and further development of standardised reports (including project status overviews, annual balance sheets, budget and mid-use overviews) Support for budgeting, forecasting and planning processes Participation in the further development, digitization and optimization of processes and IT-based processes in conveyor management Close cooperation with other departments, including financial accounting and IT Independent communication with external project partners Monitoring and ensuring data integrity within the ‘project funding’ database.

Studies in the field of business management or comparable training with several years of professional experience in accounting. Experiences in project and funding management are also of advantage Very good analytical understanding and pronounced number affinity First experiences in managing a smaller team are desirable Knowledge of basic accounting processes (in particular liabilities, provisions, cash flows, reporting, balance sheet and GuV) IT affinity, safe handling of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables (experiences with Microsoft Navision / Business Central or comparable ERP systems are of advantage) Teamability and a high level of reliability and sense of responsibility.
