Varied projects await you in the planning of office and commercial properties, logistics, production and sports halls, as well as fire-fighting buildings, residential buildings and kitas. The focus is on design, approval and execution planning based on the HOAI LP 1–5. As part of our project team in the offer phase, you will identify the needs and the basics together with our customers. You independently translate customer requirements into an architectural design and present them to our customers. Visualizations, sketches and material collages can be created individually based on the individual project. Together with your colleagues from other planning disciplines, you work in a BIM model and agree with other contacts (builders, authorities and specialist engineers).

You have a degree in architecture. Insufficient professional experience in the planning of turnkey construction projects could ideally collect you both in design planning and execution planning. You have reliable knowledge of German and good communication skills to successfully present your designs to our customers. Teamwork is important to you and you are interested in the holistic planning of construction projects in the team (BIM). You can convince others and inspire them.
