Team Leader Switchgear & High Voltage Technology – AIS / GIS (m/f/d)

Together with your team, you are responsible for the creation of technical guidelines as well as the standardization in the field of AIS, GIS and steel engineering for switching systems. As a team management, you plan the human resources, provide them for AC and DC projects and work closely with the responsible planning team for switching systems. You represent the interests of TransnetBW to external partners, for example in national or international bodies. With your team, you support the processing and answering of technical questions in the field of AIS, GIS and steel engineering across all phases of the project and coordinate internal orders with the relevant interfaces in the company. Last but not least, you continuously develop and qualify your employees.

You have a university degree (Diplom/Master or Bachelor) of electrical engineering/energy technology, physics or economic engineering – alternatively You have a comparable level of knowledge thanks to years of professional experience. At least five years you have also worked with a network operator in a relevant area, ideally with first experience in managing project teams or in managing personnel. You have well-founded knowledge of high-voltage technology and project management. Personally, you will present yourself in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner – and stand out for an independent, proactive and structured way of working. The German and English languages are well known in word and writing.
