You like to work exactly, you know with CNC milling machines and you notice quickly if measure, surface or process do not fit clean? Then this place can fit you well.

We are looking for a CNC milling cutter (m/w/d) for long-term use in industry. You set up CNC milling machines, process metal parts by drawing and control your work with suitable measuring means.

This is not just about starting a machine. Experience, technical understanding and a good look for clean results are required.

**What is this about?

You work on CNC milling machines and manufacture components that count accuracy. The work does not begin until milling. You test drawings, prepare tools, adjust the machine and make sure that the machining is running clean.

If dimensions deviate, a tool does not work clean or the surface does not fit, you can move directly. This experience is important to ensure that the quality is correct and production can continue reliably.

Your tasks

• You set CNC milling machines by order and drawing
• You are equipping tools, clamping means and devices for the respective production order
• You enter programs and check if processing processes run clean
• You control machine parameters and adjust them as needed
• You manufacture metal parts according to technical drawings and specifications
• You test measurements, tolerances and surfaces with suitable measuring devices
• You recognize deviations and correct them directly on the machine
• You carry out tool change and pay attention to tool wear
• You document measurement results and work steps according to your specifications
• You agree with manufacturing, quality assurance and colleagues
• You keep your workplace, tools and resources neat
• You notice safety and quality requirements in everyday work

You bring that with

• Complete training in machining technology, for example as machining mechanic, CNC milling cutter or comparable qualification
• Experience of CNC milling machines or machining centres
• Secure reading of technical drawings
• Safe handling of measuring devices
• Understanding tools, clamping technology and machine parameters

• Careful and quiet operation
• Team skills and clear communication
• German in word and writing
