HERE WORK: For our headquarters in the heart of Hamburg or remote, we are looking for you as an employee (m/w/d) for the Zvoove Support and the internal revision to strengthen our team.

THE HAVE DISCLOSURE:

• You enter the User Help Desk for the Zvoove / Landwehr L1 industry software, answer user questions and give practical tips for process improvement
• With our ticket system, you keep in mind all requests, document them and advertise them.
• You'll create and care for posts for our user and support manual.
• You can actively and partner with our software partner.
• You design and perform training and webinars for beginners and advanced.
• You carry out internal audits and focus on legal and tariff issues (accordings, time records, completeness of personal files)
• In order to secure earnings, you will create test reports and document recommendations for action for the branches
• You bring your ideas to optimize processes and internal control systems and evaluate them together with the team and implement them

THE BRINGST YOU WITH:

• You have a commercial training, a business or IT-oriented study or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
• Either you bring comprehensive practice in billing time personnel from the branch and want to switch to IT support - or you have already gained experience in supporting a time work software.
• IT is more than just a tool for you - you are interested in technology as well as especially in the digitalization and automation of business processes.
• You see your role as a service provider for our internal teams - you make sure that their operating daily business works smoothly.
• You also have a well-founded knowledge of labour law and the application of common collective agreements of temporary work.
