SAP User Administrator IT and Data Management (m/f/d)

Management and backup of SAP users and permissions incl. Installation, maintenance of roles, implementation of risk analyses and optimization of the authorization concept Further development of the SAP permission structure in close coordination with specialist areas and application managers as well as implementation of requirements and projects Support for audits, license management and system surveying as well as cooperation on strategic topics such as S/4HANA conversion and central identity management Administration, operation and continuous development of the identity management system incl. Monitoring, error analysis, maintenance and integration of other systems Designing processes, standards and documentation, processing of incidents and changes, as well as consulting and training for users and stakeholders

Successfully completed technical studies or comparable training in IT Funded knowledge of user and authorization administration in SAP systems including relevant tools and SAP Fiori permissions Experience in building and operating identity management systems and in connecting services such as SAP, Active Directory or ORBIS Knowledge of the current and future SAP license model, especially in the S/4HANA environment Practical experience in the administration of IDM/IAM systems (Identity & Access Management) Good knowledge in Active Directory, Databases, LDAP and Scripting Understanding common authentication and authorization methods as well as experience with the configuration and administration of single-sign on solutions

The body shall be occupied in full or part-time employment as of 1 July 2026.
