Workshop Manager (m/w/d)

During the further expansion of our customer service, we are looking for a full-time Workshop Manager (m/w/d) We are the subsidiary of the renowned Swiss watch manufacturer Patek Philippe and responsible for sales and marketing for the German market and for the service for the markets Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Spain, Portugal and Italy.

Conduct and control of a watchmaker workshop Monitoring and promotion of individual performance and competences of employees Examination and optimization of workflows Create statistics (Production & Quality) Preparation and implementation of recruitment tests for technical staff and trainees (Probetage/Benchtests) Participation in annual budget planning: workshop needs and training

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Multiannual experience in the watch industry Leadership experience: You understand how to guide and motivate employees Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Structured, stress-resistant and solution-oriented personality A high level of communication skills as well as very good English knowledge in word and writing Professional handling of MS Office products, ERP systems and modern means of communication Engaged and independent operation
