PROFIL

• You have a completed training as a specialist informant / IT system electronics / System electronics or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in (telephone) First / Second Level Support
• You maintain a safe handling of standard hardware, Windows / MS Office
• You have knowledge of the German language
• they have a pronounced communication strength and customer orientation and a team-ready and reliable Procedure
