Product Owner - Certificates and Absences (m/f/d)

In the certification team, we develop smart cloud solutions that help employers create and manage employee-related and law-compliant certificates for authorities, health insurance companies or other institutions in a timely manner – flexibly adaptable to the needs of our customers: Product responsibility: You keep an overview, set clear priorities and give the team your vision orientation. You represent the team to the outside and make sure that different interests are taken into account and decisions taken

As a central interface in the Scrum team, you coordinate effectively between PO, BA and UX. With your communication strength, you make sure that the team is working together and that our contributions are optimally matched to the overall strategy.

You have at least 3 years of experience as Product Owner:in/ or Product Manager:in for Online / SaaS solutions and have a fine feel for user needs – especially in the KKU context

Our team language is German, so very good German skills (min. C2) are a must.

HR-Tech or Payroll knowledge is a plus – it is more important that you can quickly work into new domains

You bring a solution-oriented thinking, use analytics tools targetedly and work strategically and hands‐on – with the endurance of implementing complex projects in a sustainable manner
