Further development and control of our climate path to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions Construction and maintenance of CO2 monitoring as well as analysis and evaluation of our building stock deriving economic modernisation strategies taking into account legal requirements and funding opportunities Development and implementation of innovative energy concepts for new and existing buildings (focus: renewable energies) Monitoring of external planning and participation in pilot projects and their transfer to technical standards Supporting our project and specialist building managers in energy issues Participation in quarter planning concepts and coordination with external partners (e.g. suppliers, planning offices, authorities) Central interface between internal areas, external partners and our members Implementation of legal tasks (e.g. energy audit according to EDL-G, energy certificates)

Completed studies or further training in the field of supply technology, energy or building technology (alternatively comparable qualification) Ideally experience in the planning, evaluation or operation of energy and TGA systems Interest in sustainable energy concepts, digitalization and innovative technologies Analytical thinking and structured and self-responsible working Communication strength and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation Commitment to actively promote new topics
