Your tasks:

• You serve and monitor modern hardness and surface treatment systems as well as robotically supported feed systems
• You plan and control orders via the heat treatment line system and start the corresponding hardness processes
• You're refurbishing the plants, carrying out gassing and degassing operations of the furnaces, and you're going to deal with chemicals.
• You ensure the quality by checking manufactured parts, analyzing material samples and documenting the results according to the test and production plan
• You're resolving faults, searching for fault causes, giving test results and parts releases on the PC
• You carry out maintenance work, document it and identify it and separate parts according to the specifications

That's what you bring:

• Successfully completed vocational training in the metal sector with several years of professional experience
• Good knowledge of German
• Willingness to work in the 2-shift system (6-14, 14-22)
• Target-oriented and independent operation
