Production Management Disposal & Recycling (m/f/d)

Operational responsibility for the coordination and control of production processes and ensuring production targets in compliance with quality, plant safety and environmental standards Professional and disciplinary leadership of the production team, personnel planning, shift planning and implementation of employee talks and promotion of employee development Monitoring and optimization of consumption flows with focus on energy efficiency and continuous process improvement (KVP) Analysis of production characteristics (KPIs), production disorders and derivation of optimization and preventive measures Responsibility for compliance with all occupational safety, environmental and regulatory requirements and coordination of the work permit procedure Coordination of measures in case of malfunctions and emergencies Budget responsibility for production, cost control and participation in budget planning

Complete study in the field of process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable, as an alternative master/technician with multi-year leadership experience Multiannual professional experience in production management with proven personnel responsibility Knowledge of production planning and control as well as project management Very good English knowledge of Word and Writing (C1)
