Analysis & Strategy: They work closely with the departments to identify business requirements, question existing processes and formulate clear targets for our mortgage product. Requirements management: They translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and support the development team in technical implementation. Optimization & Innovation: They drive forward the continuous development of our mortgage portfolio and improve processes and technological solutions. Solution assessment: They analyse new solutions, evaluate their impact and ensure that they fit optimally to the corporate strategy. Implementation & Change Management: Through targeted communication and acceptance strategies, you will ensure a successful implementation of new solutions taking into account regulatory and internal requirements. Stakeholder Management: They act as a central interface between business and IT, coordinate requirements and maintain close relationships with internal and external partners.

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT: Education / Studies: Ideally, you have a completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on banks, finance, controlling or business analytics, as well as in related areas such as banking & finance, economic and financial mathematics or financial & risk management. If you have completed an apprenticeship with the bank clerk, you should also have a further training with the banking specialist (IHK), banking business manager (IHK), Certified Business Analyst (IIBA) or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: They bring several years of practical experience, e.g. as a business analyst, data scientist, IT business consultant or process manager/process analyst (m/w/d) in the business and IT analysis and have profound knowledge in the field of bank/construction finance (forced required!). Technical knowledge: You have experience in the design and documentation of IT solutions as well as in the management of (supplier) relationships in a professional environment. Agile methodology: You have profound knowledge of JIRA (project and task management tool), confluence (collaboration and documentation platform), MS Office and MS Visio. General IT skills: The safe handling of MS Office products is of course for you. Industry knowledge: Experience in the banking sector or in the financial services sector is advantageous. Language knowledge: Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English are absolutely necessary.
