This is what awaits you: You are the first contact person for our employees in all personal and accounting matters and provide a fault-free personal administration as well as care in the daily business – from setting to exit – safely Your main tasks include the independent creation of salary bills and the communication with our external billing service provider You ensure compliance with all personal, legal, operational and collective requirements You will always have a look at current legislative changes in tax and social insurance law as well as labour and collective agreements and find technical and technical solutions for implementation In addition, you work with the continuous optimization, automation and digitization of processes and workflows as well as the corresponding interface communication

Take this with you: A commercial vocational training, for example as a wage and salary accountant, specialist wage and salary, tax specialist, personnel specialist or comparable qualification You have collected at least 2 years of professional experience in wage accounting – as an alternative in a tax-related activity with cuts for staff management or wage accounting Finding practical knowledge in pay tax, social security and labour law already brings you with With the tools of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams) go safely You are careful, reliable, communicative and structured A high level of service orientation, independence and discretion completes your profile The complete fulfilment of the requirements also includes a current Schufa-Auskunft as well as a management certificate.
