As a project manager (m/w/x) in assembly, you are actively driving cost optimizations, quality improvements and lean initiatives through the management of projects. You work with the assembly team, various stakeholders at the Jena plant and the goal of achieving measurable and sustainable improvements.

Your role Project management and project coordination in assembly

Planning, control and implementation of projects with regard to (date, cost, quality, resources)

Application of classic project management methods including milestone planning and milestone trend analysis

Keeping the internal Quality Gate systematics and methodological guidance of the project teams to achieve the project objectives

Knowledge sharing & coaching and building project management and lean skills in the team

Preparation and moderation of workshops (e.g. problem-solving workshops, creative workshops, Kaizen events)

Complete technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology) or comparable qualification

Multiannual experience in project management in the production environment ; IPMA Level C is desirable

Knowledge of Lean Management, Hoshin Kanri and the Continuous Improvement Process (KVP)

Experience with methods of structured problem solving and quality improvement (e.g. 5-Why, Ishikawa, FMEA)

Knowledge and practical application of creativity and moderation methods (e.g. brainstorming, design thinking elements, structured workshop generation)

Safe handling of classic project management tools, including milestone trend analysis

Impressed communication and moderation capability and enforcement capability

Joy in sharing knowledge, developing colleagues and making changes active
