The SOS Children's Village Worpswede is part of the nationwide association SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. For our SOS Children's Village Worpswede, we are looking for a moment Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, part-time (30 to 35 hours/Where.) In our kita at the primary school, we provide a total of 73 children in three groups of cribs as well as a control and integration group in the elementary area. As a pedagogical expert, we accompany the children from 7:30 to 15:00 in their self-designed learning processes. In the elementary area, we work according to a partially open concept, complemented by group-extending offers – both in the elementary area and in the crib – which are oriented towards the individual interests and learning areas of the children. Our educational work focuses on the well-being of the children and their interested commitment as the central prerequisites for educational processes.

In close cooperation with the management team and the specialist consulting, you will ensure the quality of the integration group and continue working on the existing concept. You will first create individual obstacles, enter the educational team and ensure their implementation in everyday life. In close coordination with your team, you will begin the annual development reports. You are a firm part of the pedagogical team and therefore contact personin and companionin for all children in the elementary area. Dialogue with the families, especially the children in your area of responsibility, is a matter of need, value-giving and prejudice-conscious in the sense of the children. You plan and organize together with your colleagues the educational plans and the implementation of various projects in everyday life. Child protection forms the basis of your work and is a responsibility that you take along with team, leadership and stakeholders.

You have a training for the educator, a recognition as a social teacher or a childhood teacher or comparable. In addition, you have a further education on the subject of integration/integral education or training as a nurse. You bring experience in the field of integrative kita work. You shape everyday life with children in the elementary area in terms of resources and needs and place great emphasis on participation and child rights. You are motivated and enjoy the work in a developing team and the willingness to live and develop the partially open work together with your colleagues in the large elementary team.
