You ensure the optimal and cross-disciplinary, coordinated implementation of railway operations and quality control of the planning, construction, construction monitoring and testing services Furthermore, your activity includes the determination of the stoppage requirement, the processing of supplements and the implementation of active risk management. You are responsible for the appointment and monitoring of the tendering and awarding of the services and the assessment of special technical proposals The coordination of project participants, the collection and supervision of interfaces with other trades and the coordination with authorities and participating third parties is also part of your task You ensure the success of the project by always keeping in mind the costs, dates and quality, and in addition to compliance with both building and railway requirements, you also need to comply with regulatory requirements. Your profile:

A completed technical/university study as a civil engineer:in or a comparable field of expertise (e.g. transport engineering, architecture, electrical engineering, industrial engineering with a focus on construction) with professional experience in the mentioned area Long-term professional experience in complex projects, preferably infrastructure projects and/or projects subject to public regulation – experience in the field of railways is particularly desirable Good knowledge of HOAI and VOB you bring, as well as good knowledge in iTWO, Doxis and the MS Office package You are authorized to build (BVB) or are willing to acquire the building template permission (with adjusted salary development) and apply it Safe and confident appearance, convincing negotiation skills and team skills are among your strengths Ownership of driving class B and pronounced communication skills in the German language (C2 level) complete your profile
