Strategic Responsibility Developing our Workforce Management Portfolio Definition of target architectures and solutions Development of SaaS and vertical solution concepts

Compliance & Regulation Ensuring the consideration of Working Time Act (DE/EU), collective agreements and industry and KRITIS regulations Continuous observation, analysis and assessment of relevant legal/regulatory changes, initiation and monitoring of the implementation of necessary adjustments or new functions in our workforce management solutions Definition of technical requirements for R&D Support for audit and compliance requirements

Workforce optimization Development of efficient layer and application models Analysis and optimization of personnel costs Definition of relevant KPIs and analytics concepts Support for simulations and scenario models

Integration & System Architecture Cooperation with the Engineering Department in the design of interfaces to HR, ERP, time and presence control systems clarification of the requirements for data structures and information exchange between systems with the engineering department to support the definition of APIs and data models

Presales & Customer Consulting Support for complex alerts Implementation of workshops with key accounts Creation of business cases and value arguments

Study in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, BWL or Similar Multiannual experience (at least 5–8 years) in the environment Workforce Management, HR IT Systems, Time Management or Operations Management

Knowledge of working time law (DE + ideally EU) Experience with collective bargaining and operational agreements Very good understanding of HR and ERP systems Experience with integration architectures (APIs, data models) Strongly pronounced analytical skills Experience in KPI definition and efficiency analyses Very good knowledge of English and German, in word and writing

Ideal experience with SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Workday ATOSS UKG / Kronos
