in parttime (50 %, 19.5 hours per week) for use in urban areas.

**SUPPLEMENTARY

• General housekeeping activities including the outdoor facilities for the inner-city area with a focus on school and kindergarten
• Closing services, inspections and supervision of extraordinary staff
• Maintenance of industrial plants
• Maintenance and minor repairs
• Control and coordination of cleaning, maintenance and craftsmanship activities, support for the users in the building (in particular school and equipment management)
• Representation in the master team for two daycare facilities

PROFIL**

• Successful training in a craft or technical profession
• Reliability as well as independent and responsible operation combined with a friendly and helpful appearance
• Own initiative and craftsmanship as an all-rounder (m/w/d) with a pronounced technical understanding
• readiness for flexible use and support for events – partw. also evening and weekends
• Computer knowledge in MS-Office
• Class B valid driving permit
