Your tasks:

These are your tasks in our team

• Installation and implementation of sold solutions on site
• Analyzing fault and causing interference
• Individually responsible consulting, planning and implementation of customer projects
• Support of colleagues in 1st and 2nd levels and cooperation in 3rd level support (by rotation principle)
• Sales support as technical advisor to sales colleagues and customers
• Create and maintain necessary documentation

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Completed IT vocational training, study of computer science or comparable qualification
• More than three years of professional experience in a similar position
• Preference is given to experience in the design, migration and implementation of storage, compute, virtualization, backup, and external site concepts
• Very good knowledge with Windows Server and Linux/UNIX operating systems, in the database environment and in the Exchange environment
• Knowledge in the SAP environment of advantage
